DCW+	DCW-QM	DCW-MC

DCW+:monocrystalline structure with <100> orientation in over 75% of the wafer surface.

DCW QM (quasi mono):monocrystalline structure with <100> orientation in over 90% of the wafer surface.

DCW MC (mono casting): monocrystalline structure with full <100> orientation.
