Demand for electricity in our society is growing considerably and there are no signs of this changing both in developed and developing countries and communities. This is becoming one of society’s main problems today because demand is increasing faster than supply and electricity is only generated in certain places on the planet.
Traditional ways (non-renewable) of energy generation do not only have geopolitical problems associated with them but also serious implications for the environment. The situation is not sustainable if we want to prevent future generations from suffering as a result of our abuse of the world.
The true alternative solution for the current energy problem is renewable energy employing resources with a rate of renewal in nature exceeding their rate of consumption, they are environmentally friendly and are available all over the planet.
Out of each type of renewable energy, solar energy is the most available; In just one hour, the sun creates the same amount of energy consumed by all of human kind in a year; and, of course, the sun comes out for everyone. |
